Quality You Can Trust
We focus on supplying seeds that meet prescribed quality parameters, including genetic purity, physical purity, germination capacity, seed health, and moisture content. India’s seed-certification framework is designed to maintain and distribute genetically pure, high-germination seed of superior varieties to farmers.
For potato seeds, certification and inspection systems assess factors such as varietal purity, tuber size, quality, and freedom from harmful organisms. Where applicable, seed lots are supplied with proper labeling, batch details, and certification documentation to support transparency and traceability.

Planting Guidance for Potato Seeds
-
Select firm, healthy seed tubers free from rot, cuts, and visible disease symptoms.
-
Pre-sprout seed potatoes in indirect light for 1–3 weeks before planting, if required.
-
Cut large tubers so each piece has at least one or two eyes; allow cut surfaces to dry before planting.
-
Plant in loose, well-drained soil at the recommended depth and spacing for the selected variety.
-
Hill soil around plants as they grow to protect developing tubers and improve yield potential.
-
Maintain consistent soil moisture during tuber formation, avoiding waterlogging.
